what is the midlife reboot?

Midlife means different things to different women. It can be a time of deep questioning, where we start to look at what we have been doing with our lives, and rethinking how to make the best of now. It can be exciting. A time of revitalisation and momentum, where we are more certain of who we are, the gifts we have to offer the world, and how we want to use them to create a life of meaning and purpose.

The Midlife Reboot is about finding excitement and momentum. It’s your chance to take a step back, to reconsider what you really want and to create and implement your plan so that this wanted life becomes a reality.

It’s not necessarily about ripping everything up and starting again (although that is a possibility too if that’s what’s right for you!) but a way to find real depth, meaning, sustainability, passion in how you live, with no judgement as to what that might look like for you.

What is vital though, is that you are able to define what your best life looks like from now on and then to create it. This is the Midlife Reboot.

This is a whole-person journey. We will be working with your mind, body, emotions and spirit.

The Midlife Reboot is a semi-structured programme that draws on the principles of psychological behaviour change, embodiment, breathwork and neuroscience to discover deep insights and make real change.

The framework is set but your individual journey is not. We will design the detail of it together so your journey will be unique, in the same way that you are unique.

Insights - a voyage of insight and self-discovery to find what's at your heart centre, the obstacles holding you back, and your strengths, patterns and passions

Inspiration – your opportunity to dream, to define where you want to go, and to design the kind of life that feels resonant and purposeful for you

Shift – your platform for change. Skills-building and trying out new ways of being. Shifting patterns, consciousness and beliefs that no longer serve as you create your roadmap to the life you want to create

Resolution – making the change sustainable, embedding joy and meaning in all parts of your life so you stay on track and continue living your best life even once you have completed your Midlife Reboot

I will be there to support and guide you along every step of the way. Support during your Midlife Reboot will include:

  • Weekly 50-minute coaching sessions 

  • A co-designed journey and framework for change

  • 30 minutes email support a week

  • Specially recorded meditations to support you through each stage of the programme

  • Yoga nidra and breathwork guided sessions to support your self-care and clarity along the journey

  • Personal affirmations to focus your intention for each part of the journey
