i can help

My corporate experience spans over 25 years. I am a business psychologist, behaviour change and employee engagement specialist, coach and published author on work-life balance (having developed my own work-life balance competency framework). I have held multiple roles where I was responsible for L&D and recruitment for my teams, so I know what it’s like to make business-critical decisions about investing in people, in ways that will really make a difference, for them and for the business.

I am used to working with employees and teams at all levels of the organisation. As well as my training and experience in psychology, coaching and change management consulting, I bring a range of body-based skills and experience to my work - including breathwork, embodiment (literally harnessing the body's intelligence and ensuring it is aligned to that of the brain), laughter yoga and yoga nidra. My body-mind based approach brings deep insights quickly to the surface, encourages awareness and choice, and, combined with concrete practical action plans and accountability, drives commitment and real change, quickly and sustainably.
