I have been involved in breathwork since 2014 and have experienced the many benefits for myself – including its ability to help overcome trauma, reduce stress, and facilitate a more balanced, energetic and fulfilled lifestyle.

I have facilitated sessions around the world, including seminars and workshops in Brazil, Italy, Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands and the US. This experience has given me insight into how different people and cultures interact with breathwork and the amazing gifts that it brings. I love to share the power of the breath, and to help others experience its very real benefits in a safe, supportive environment.

You can experience the benefits of Transformational Breath® in a number of different ways.

• Individual Breath sessions
• Workshops
• Retreats

Individual Breath Sessions

A typical individual breath session will run as follows:

  • Preliminary discussion, to get to know each other, and to explore what is happening in your life that Transformational Breath® may benefit. Part of this discussion will also involve working together to agree a positive intention for the session
  • The breath session itself lasts around 45 minutes and will involve you lying comfortably on a mat on the floor, supported by pillows. You will be guided the whole way through the session, and will be facilitated to breathe deeply and with no pause between the inhale and exhale. During the breathing session evocative music will be used to help facilitate the session further
  • At the start of the breathing session, your breathing pattern will be analysed to discover your own unique pattern, and what it means for how you live your life
  • You will be coached through the entire session, and we will use body mapping of acupressure points to assist in opening the breath. We may also use some movement and sound during the session
  • As the breathing session proceeds, you may experience a range of emotions, tingling or buzzing sensations, or you may simply breathe for the entire time… every session is different
  • As you breathe, you will be encouraged to focus on the positive intention we have created together, and to keep an open mind as to what the breath will bring up
  • After a period of ‘active’ breathing, there will be a period of quiet integration to allow you to assimilate the emotions and feelings that have arisen during the session and been released
  • This technique has its own inbuilt safety mechanism in that the unconscious mind only releases what we are able to assimilate at that particular time. People often experience the integration period as a time of deep peace and relaxation
  • At the end of the breath session there is the opportunity to give feedback on what the session uncovered for you, to share your experience, to ask questions and to connect your intention with any insights that came to you during the session. Some people like to decide on an action that they will put in place in their life


Workshops are run in Canary Wharf, South East and Central London, and Kent. Workshops last around 2.5 hours and include an introduction to Transformational Breath® as well as the opportunity to experience a full breath session in a group setting.

Retreats usually last one day or a weekend and include an introduction to Transformational Breath® as well as the opportunity to experience a full breath session every day in a group setting. Each retreat has its own unique features, including location, and additional activities such as Reiki, sound healing and meditation.

Retreats are an ideal opportunity to get away from the stresses of everyday life in a relaxed and nourishing atmosphere. A chance to meet like-minded people, and to have some time for yourself to rest and experience new ways of caring for yourself.
