Virtual Event Virtual Event

Discover the power of Transformational Breath(R). Breathwork, an incredible transformative tool to gain a deeper connection with the self, feel calmer and relaxed, and to relieve stress and anxious thoughts. In this special workshop, Transformational Breath is combined with yoga Nidra to take you to a place of deep rest and creativity, where you will be able to access fresh ideas, new ways of looking at the world, and find deep restoration.

Your breath is the only wellbeing tool that you have with you all the time. The one that you can access no matter where you are, who you are with or what you are doing. This makes it an incredibly powerful tool to build emotional resilience, reduce stress and help us to feel calmer.

This workshop will help you gain greater insight into your breath, and how you can use it to support your wellbeing, making breathwork a part of your daily self-care practice.

You will have the chance to experience a gently guided breathwork session, teaching you to open up your breath so you can breathe more fully and easily. The breath session will be followed by a yoga nidra meditation. Combining these two modalities allows us to go even deeper in a meditative state that can bring fresh insight and clarity.

Yoga Nidra has been shown to help people with insomnia to fall asleep more easily, as it helps the brain transition into an alpha brainwave state that is calming and restful, as well as increasing creativity.

There will be time to share and for any questions afterwards.

The benefits you can reap through learning Transformational Breath(R) include:

  • Improved awareness of your breath pattern and how it impacts your life
  • Deep sense of calm and relaxation
  • Heightened energy levels
  • Improved detoxification
  • Feel more centred and balanced
  • Deeper connection to others
  • Better sleep pattern

The benefits you can learn through practising yoga Nidra include:

  • Improved heart rate variability
  • Tapping into alpha brain wave states which can support better sleep and increased creativity
  • Calming of the nervous system by lowering the activity of the sympathetic nervous system

Please note: I want this powerful work to be accessible to everyone. If finances are a constraint for you, and you would benefit from a concession place, please contact me directly at allison.lindsay@schoolforwellbeing.com
