Using the principles of embodiment (the body-mind connection) combined with the incredible power of the breath, this workshop will explore new ways to cope and build resilience using the resources you already have, as well as discovering new resources and ways to cope that you may not have come across previously.

This workshop will feature:

• Techniques to reveal deeply held patterns and ways of being, insights about when these are and are not helpful, and techniques to help you adjust and change so you have more choice about how you want to respond to the challenges life brings

• Learn how to cope with change more effectively – by improving your mental and behavioural flexibility

• A range of practical and easy-to-use resources, tips and tools that will boost your confidence, ability to cope, and to support others when things get difficult

These workshops are all on a by-donation basis so if you have been hit financially by recent events, you are welcome to join for free. If you are feeling more financially secure, please make a donation for attending (suggested £5-15). I am self-employed so your support would be much appreciated.
