Energise, Inspire, Boost Your Spirits – Online Workshop

The antidote to cabin fever. This workshop will look at ways to sustain your energy, and bring fresh creativity and resilience.

Using the principles of embodiment (the body-mind connection) combined with the incredible power of the breath, you will be gently guided to find new resources to support you in managing stress and anxiety, discover more about yourself and gain deep insights that will support you cope, whatever challenges may arise.

This workshop on Energy and Inspiration will feature:

  • An exploration of how to boost your creative juices and reframe old questions to get fresh and exciting answers
  • Tools to shift stuck energy patterns and find a more positive way forward
  • Fun, practical and easy-to-learn techniques that will help you discover fresh insights about yourself and others
  • Resilience building tools and tips to help you maintain positive energy and gratitude even when life feels tough

These workshops are all on a by-donation basis so if you have been hit financially by recent events, you are welcome to join for free. If you are feeling more financially secure, please make a donation for attending (suggested £5-15). I am self-employed so your support would be much appreciated.
