Breathe Yourself to a Happier Life – Full Day Face-to-Face Breathwork Retreat

Saturday, April 30 @ 10:00 am - 4:30 pm BST

This full-day retreat workshop will give you the chance to experience two full breath sessions, to relax and rejuvenate yourself, and to learn some new tools to help you manage stress, build resilience and feel happier with a deeper sense of wellbeing in all that you do.

We will share a short introduction to the workings and benefits of Breathwork, this amazing tool that you always have with you to support you to create a happier, calmer and more fulfilled life.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, then it’s into the group breathing session. You’ll lie on your back or in a slightly elevated position and the whole group will breathe together. All participants will be guided and coached through the sessions, so you will feel fully supported throughout.

During the group breathe you will have your own very individual experience. Sensations of physical and/or emotional release are not uncommon. Most people experience an increasing sense of peace and wellbeing. Whatever your experience you can be sure that it’s just the beginning of an incredible journey.

Tickets are £95 for the full day

Information about the day

Registration 10am. Event starts at 10.30am. Event finishes at 4.30pm

Attendees may bring their own lunch or can purchase lunch/coffees etc from nearby Dulwich Picture Gallery

Please bring a bottle of water with you.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in easily – yoga or gym clothes are idea. We recommend bringing layers in case you get hold or cold. Warm socks are a great idea.

All equipment for the workshop will be provided.

We will also require attendees to complete a health questionnaire upon arrival so that we can assess any adaptations or additional support that may be required.
