Breath Circle Transformational Breath ® Practice Group

The School for Wellbeing is pleased to offer Breath Circles for people who have already experienced Transformational Breath® by attending at least one workshop, seminar or one private session.

The intention of the Breath Circle is to meet once a month to practice Transformational Breath® within a safe and nurturing environment facilitated by Allison.

Breath Circles are aimed to support the personal Breath journey of each participant as well as supporting development of the Transformational Breath® community.

The session is over an hour in length with participants lying down on a comfortable breath station on mats supported by cushions, blankets and bolsters.

It is important to wear loose, comfortable and warm clothes. Layers are ideal to ensure that you are warm and comfortable.

We also suggest bringing a bottle of water with you.
