An informative interactive workshop sharing simple tools to help you feel calmer, less stressed, and more able to cope in an uncertain world.

Using the principles of embodiment (the body-mind connection) combined with the incredible power of the breath, you will be gently guided to find new resources to support you in managing stress and anxiety, discover more about yourself and gain deep insights that will support you cope, whatever challenges may arise.

This workshop on Stress and Anxiety Management will feature:

• The opportunity to learn what causes stress, including some background on the neuroscience behind it

• Simple exercises to help you explore the strengths you are already using, as well as the areas where you can improve your ability to manage stress and anxiety

• A range of practical and easy-to-use tools that you can use anywhere to reduce your stress levels, feel calmer and less anxious

These workshops are all on a by-donation basis so if you have been hit financially by recent events, you are welcome to join for free. If you are feeling more financially secure, please make a donation for attending (suggested £5-15). I am self-employed so your support would be much appreciated.
