Breath and Embodiment for Self Care – Online Workshop

When life is uncertain, stressful and ambiguous, taking care of ourselves is more important than ever. Tools to support your wellbeing.

Using the principles of embodiment (the body-mind connection) combined with the incredible power of the breath, this workshop will explore the true meaning of self-care – not just bubble baths and chocolate, but how to deeply nourish our bodies, spirits and mental wellbeing, especially important in the stressful and uncertain times in which we are now living. Good self-care is about looking after ourselves, so that we can look after others as well when we need to.

This workshop on Self-Care will feature:

  • Exploration of what self-care really means to you, and how you can stay strong and resilient in the face of adversity through the way that you look after yourself, and role model to others
  • Tools and techniques to find moments of rest and relaxation into the busiest of days
  • Ways to improve emotional, mental and physical wellbeing
  • Finding support, and creating resilience in your support network

These workshops are all on a by-donation basis so if you have been hit financially by recent events, you are welcome to join for free. If you are feeling more financially secure, please make a donation for attending (suggested £5-15). I am self-employed so your support would be much appreciated.
