“For what it’s worth: It’s never too late to be whoever you want to be. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and, if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start over”

– F. Scott Fitzgerald

If you are considering a career change, but you’re unsure of what to do or how to go about it, or you are considering setting up a business and want help clarifying what it should be and how to make it a reality, then career change coaching can really help.

I have successfully changed career three times – from insurance underwriter, to director of a conference and events business, to business psychologist and change management consultant. Each career has added depth, experience and understanding, giving me a unique perspective and set of life experiences to bring to my clients. I have been able to build on the knowledge and skills I developed in each career, allowing me to create a stronger, more interesting and fulfilling career each time.

I know first-hand the self-doubts to be overcome, the risks to be taken, and the big questions to be asked when you want to make a shift – whether it’s a radical change in direction, or a smaller shift, fine-tuning your approach to ensure your career journey is proceeding in the way that you want to.
