There is a very real connection between your breathing pattern and the way that you live. Such a profound link that by changing your breathing, your whole life experience can change.

You, like everyone else, breathe in your own unique way, influenced by life events as well as cultural and familial conditioning. If you find yourself holding your breath this can be a sign you’re also closing down other parts of your life, which in turn contributes to stress, anxious thoughts, poor immune function and an overall lack of vitality and joy.

one-to-one breathwork sessions

1-2-1 sessions give you the chance to understand your own unique breath pattern. This gives us insight into the ways in which you may be living your life, and the chance to make changes, in the direction that you want.

Each session is entirely bespoke to you.

Each Transformational Breath session features coaching, hands-on acupressure, sound and movement to release any constricted patterns, open up the entire breathing system, and allow stuck emotions to be freed and integrated.

Following the breath analysis, we go into an active breath session, using the Transformational Breath(R) technique which includes sound and movement, body mapping and affirmations as well as the breath technique itself. This is followed by quiet time to relax and integrate what has happened during the session.

At the end of the breath session, there is an opportunity to reflect on what was uncovered for you, to ask questions and to connect any insights with changes you want to make in your life.

This gentle step-by-step process will help you express and integrate your grief in a way that means you can remember the good things with joy and calmness, rather than feeling stuck in pain and sadness.

A key part of this process is the breath session that follows each grief coaching session. This is essential, as it allows you to bring the experiences of both body and mind together, allowing you to integrate the work and any feelings that may have arisen in a safe and held space, giving you a renewed sense of calm and clarity as you move forward.

If you are new to breathwork join an Introductory Workshop where you can get a deeper understanding of the power of breathwork, learn the technique, and discover how to make breathwork a regular practice in your life.

Breath Circles (online)

I also run regular Breath Circles online for experienced breathers. My Breath Circles are gatherings where those who are familiar with the breathing technique (Transformational Breath®) and who are comfortable self-managing during an online session come together to breathe with a connected and supportive group.
