My name is Allison Lindsay. I am a business psychologist who is experienced in working with individuals and organisations to motivate, engage and inspire them to be the very best they can be – in work and in life.
I have a deep personal interest in wellbeing including how we can build resilience and increased capability to cope with the challenging and sometimes overwhelming world in which we live.
The work-life balance competency framework I developed during my Masters degree was recognised by the British Psychological Society. This prize winning work has been one of the studies considered likely to make the most valuable contribution to the field of occupational psychology in the 21st century, and has subsequently been published.
