My name is Allison Lindsay. I am a business psychologist with deep experience in the corporate world. I work with individuals and organisations to build resilience, drive performance and enhance wellbeing.
I have a deep personal interest in wellbeing including how we can build resilience and increased capability to cope with the challenging and sometimes overwhelming world in which we live.
The work-life balance competency framework I developed during my Masters degree was recognised by the British Psychological Society. This prize winning work has been one of the studies considered likely to make the most valuable contribution to the field of occupational psychology in the 21st century, and has subsequently been published.

I have significant experience in the corporate world, having worked across multiple industries including insurance, finance, energy, aviation and healthcare. As a business psychologist my focus is on engaging and motivating employees through periods of change, developing employer branding and driving culture change. I have a special interest in wellbeing and resilience.
Prior to this, I was Director of Conferences at a FTSE-250 organisation. I led a team responsible for creating and running large international B2B events bringing together key players from the global finance and energy industries. During my tenure we were awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade.
